Ofsted Report
We are delighted to share our Ofsted report following our inspection in December 2025.
Watchlytes got green lights across the board, achieving a strong standard for Early Years and expected standard in the other six areas. Under the new Ofsted framework, “expected” is a high standard and means that the school is doing everything it should be doing, and “strong” marks out excellent, consistent work that’s making a real difference for children.
“Pupils attend a school where their needs are first and foremost in the work of all staff. Leaders have implemented a coherent and ambitious curriculum that is making a real positive difference in how well pupils learn. Pupils recognise the high expectations that leaders and staff set, and they live up to these. This is true whether in the classroom, dinner hall or playground. They enjoy learning and showing their newfound knowledge as they move through the school.”
